Public API
I used to use Trello for my GTD system, but I switched over to Moo.do a couple of months back because it's awesome.
My idea (which to be honest you're already probably considering), is to make a Public API available so that external services can manipulate your Moo.do documents.
My personal use case would be to write a script that would add an item to my Inbox list from Alfred (or bash maybe).

Open 2 documents at once
Two would suffice, but unlimited would also be nice.

'Quick Add' Android Widget
Add a "Quick Add" Android home screen widget. (Similar to Evernote or Onenote but simpler). User can click on it to add a new Item to a List of the users choice. User chooses the List when adding it to their screens (Inbox, current Project, etc). Keep the widget minimal so that the user's whole document does not need to be loaded in order for him to input each new item. User should be able to type in the new item and either hit 'Close' to close the widget or "Open App' to launch the Moo.do App. Keeping this simple…

Android Widget and Saved Searches
I'd love to be able to create a homescreen widget that shows all items tagged #GRO - my grocery list. Also would love to be able to save searches and/or have saved alternate views in android so that I don't have to always manually search for everything tagged #gro
BTW - being able to have an item "Grocery List" with a tag #gro, and everything under it shows on a search for #gro, as well as anything else in toerh random locations that I decide to tag #gro makes this app exceedingly useful.
I'm using #gro as my example, hopefully…

create a Moo.do IFTTT Channel
With the increase in IFTTT use, having a moo.do channel would be great! It would allow users to integrate with devices (Amazon Echo), other services (email, calendar). This feature would capture many of the currently requested features.

Office 365 Support
It would be awesome if the Moo.do v3 app supported Office 365. Having this kind of functionality with the Office apps would be amazing!

Save Searches
I'd love to be able to save searches so that I don't have to always manually search for everything.
The feature already exists a little bit in the Agenda Pane to filter the tasks for "Today", "Week" or "All".
It would be very nice to save my own searches/filters with a small titel under the search bar.

Be able to share any list (as an individual webpage) with a public url link accesible to everyone, even people with no moo.do account.
It would be great to be able to publish or share any list with a public link online accesible to everyone with the url, not needing to sign in. This will be a live updated list only readable for public viewers. It could be something like this for example:

Introduce more keyboard shortcuts for navigation, collapsing and expanding items.
Moo.do is quite mouse intensive for navigating tasks and collapsing items. More keyboard shortcuts would make it more efficient to enter data and find way around quickly

Create a combined Agenda view for seeing all tasks across all documents
I'm new, so I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but right now the lack of the ability to have a "unified agenda view" is encouraging me to keep one huge document of todos rather than to use multiple documents.
An agenda view that could show all agenda items and launch the respective documents with a link would solve my concern that if I broke individual 'major' projects into individual documents that I might forget a due item because I didn't go looking through every document each day to refresh my memory.
Again, I'm new so there may…

Printable documents
I'd like to be able to print a document as it appears in the editor. Exporting to html gives an unformatted version of what I wrote, but the lists look nice in the editor. I wouldn't want to be forced to export then print. Have an option to print it directly.

Add 'Multi-Select' of Items for Moving or Sorting
Multi-Select Items (for Moving, Sorting, Adding Dates or Stars, etc). This is the feature I feel the lack of most, by a wide margin. Not having it makes interacting with large amounts of text a very unpleasant experience. I hate to bring up the competition, but maybe look at how Workflowy has implemented this for their system. Theirs quite is simple and intuitive. It does what you think it will quickly and simply.

Quick Inbox / Capture
Use Case: You have a phone call or a an idea right in the middle of something and you want to Keep track of this. You hit a Keyboard shortcut and a TextBox appears. There you cant enter your idea. This goes to a Special inbox Location where the Content may be moved to the right Location afterwards.
- the inbox should not be visible all the time but should be rather accessible instantly from anywhere.
- the same Function should be available from phone / mobile devices.
The idea: you don't have to leave the spot you're working on and you…
