Best and easier way to navigate, open, close, and zoom in lists with keyboard shortcuts (the same shortcuts that WorkFlowy has for instance)
I think Moo.do has some advantages over WorkFlowy and that's why i am so interested in it getting better, but seriously WF is much more easier to navigate and control everything from the keyboard which is essential when your are a power user. I believe that Moo.do should emulate WF in the things the are better at, For example why not giving us the same just Workflowy-like zooming, the same key shortcuts and the capability to navigate, open, close, zoom and control everything just by using control, command and the navigation arrows? That would really be awesome!

Delegate, Defer, or Hide priority items
I have several items that deserve priorities, but do not yet need to be in front of my face. For example, and priority 1 @someday item - important, but deferred. But they would make my !!!Important list too long to be useful.
Some of these items are delegated to others, but tracked. They have a priority, but I don't need to do anything about it now.
It would be nice to have a way to keep those items out of my !!!Important list in my Agenda view.
Perhaps a #hide or #noshow tag? #delegated? #deferred?
As it stands, I can't…

Selecting a tree for moving isn't easy.

Control + arrow keys combination to navigate and open/collapse and zoom in/ zoom out
"control+down arrow" should uncollpase the children items of that one list.
"control+up arrow" should collapase the children items of that one list you are over.
"control+right arrow" should zoom you into that item (as intuitively going to the right)
"control+left arrow" should get you out of the zoom and back into it's parent item. Also it is needed a double click in the parent item to collapse all / uncollapse all sub items. this is fundamental!
Please refer to how WorkFlowy do all these shortcuts and hotkeys which is perfect and it allows you to navigate and make every move…

Support manual ordering of agenda items (within their priority)
I think it would be very handy to support manual ordering of agenda items (within their priority). So given something like the following, the user would be able to reorder a/b and c/d/e. That allows the user to plan their day in the scope of the agenda.
!!!
a
b
!!
c
d
eInitial default ordering would be based on outline position like it is now, but user could then drag them.

Mindmap View
I learned to appreciate the advantages and ease of planning in mindmaps. I think that it would be highly advantageous to be able to toggle between list and mindmap view. Both are hierarchical so it's just an additional layout of the same data.

Localization
What about localization? My stupid friends don't use Moo.do because of English. For them, the real problem is not the interface but @tags. It is hard to use two languages, especially when the first's with Latin and the other's with Cyrillic alphabet.

request for more "user-friendly" GTD features (maybe extended pane for GTD)
Moo.do is great todo manager, and it can be used for anything.
It's have a lot of features, which i really love. But for now i'm looking for GTD software without extra "moves & acts from my side".
I found only one good example of GTD, it's called qtodotxt.org (it's not adversting).
Can you dear developers develop extra pane just for GTD things.

ability to open up a little calendar to select/type a specific date
Sometimes we need to plan to do something by a certain date so it would be nice to have an ability to quickly see a calendar and determine what date to set it to.
Maybe when you start typing @calendar or @clndr (shows calendar starting with current month) or @april_ (to show calendar for April)
Perhaps the mini-calendar can be high level month view of our google calendar if that's what we are logged in as.

Improve daily and weekly recurring tasks that are under a header.
If a header has a set of subtasks required to be completed daily or weekly. It would be a good idea for those subtasks to reset as uncompleted when the next day comes, starting the set of tasks over again for that new day or week whether completed or not. It eliminates redundancy having to schedule each task daily and clogging up my entire agenda since only one item appears on the agenda..."daily list header @every day".

Sync collapsed items
When I collapse something on a device, I also want to have it collapsed in the web interface. It doesn't seem to sync :( and when I open my document on the device, the collapsed items appear expanded.

Navigate from the agenda to outline (even if collapsed)
When item is clicked in agenda it is highlighted in Normal pane - cool. But if it is under collapsed subtree - nothing happens. There should be a quick way to get from agenda to outline and move keyboard focus too (e.g. double click ).

Customisable tags, users and other colors
It would be nice to be able to customise tag, user and other colors to be able to get a better overview/recognition of where things fit. It would also be nice to have the tags/etc. shown with a shaded background so they stand out more obviously as 'objects' ...though this may be a theme thing.

Timeline view in calendar pane
It would be great with a timeline view in the calendar pane. Time could be horisontal where the columns could correspond to days, weeks or months, according to preferences. And each row could correspond to each line in the outline. Each task could be represented as bars in the timeline. Kind of like a gantt chart, but without the dependencies. Something as flexible and simple as moo.do...
Timelines are good for long term planning of tasks and projects.
Actually, it could be a combined outline and timeline view.

Add configurability to Agenda view (of calendar pane)
I'd like a group of settings to configure the "sections" of the Agenda view display.
Currently the Agenda shows 'overdue', 'today', 'starred', 'important', 'tomorrow', etc. I can see why this is logical, but depending on how the user actually implements "stars" and "priority", that arrangement may not make any sense at all. For example, i do not use the colors to indicate 'priority'.
Personally, I schedule each day the night before, and during the next day, i want to focus on what is effectively my "to do list" (now that i can filter on 'checkbox' items, this works very well,…

Preserve outline state
Nowadays, when a document is closed and reopened, the outline state is not preserved, I mean, if I left an item collapsed, I expect to find the same item(s) collapsed when a return to the document.
I am not using Moodo yet by this single fact.
It is very dificult to navegate thru a large document and also by the fact that there are not bullets or any other sign or formatting to identify an item.15 votes -
