  1. Show attribution of a task to a project in Agenda

    It would be helpful to see in the agenda view of a task to which project it belongs.
    I often have similarly named tasks, and seeing right away to which project a task belongs would be helpful.

    Right clicking brings up a context menu with a visual Calendar 'date picker' but also with an option to 'Preempt until:' 'Tomorrow', 'Next Week', 'Next Month', etc.

  7. allow to edit calendar event details from moo.do, either natively or via webview.

    Most of my workflow can now be done via moo.do, one of the missing steps that forces me back to my browser is having to create calendar invites with attendees.

  8. Fix drag and drop in apps

    Currently it's not possible to drag and drop items. The outline appears but as soon as I move my finger, the item is being dropped and I can't move it. Please fix this :)
    I experienced this behaviour on iPhone and iPad, latest updates.

  11. Rolling timeframes for undefined deadlines (e.g. @someday etc)

    It seems that @someday starts as a certain distance away in time, but then sticks to that date rather than staying a set number of days in the future. It means that I have things @someday, which in my agenda pop up as needing to have been done in the past. In my mind I use someday for things that are for an undefined time in the future.

    Is there a way to make @someday mean "in a months time" so that whatever the date it is always a months time? Maybe the option in settings to designate what timeframe…

  12. Store moo.do data localy without syncing with cloud

    I'd love to use moo.do but in my organization we are only allowed to work with software that does not store data in cloud. If you could make it to store data locally that would be great!

  13. Basic CRM

    So far really like how you've put this together, quick to use, but flexible.

    I run a small agency (me and 2 others) and the one thing I'd love to see in a tool like this would be a basic CRM.

    Simple way to add contacts (imported from gmail like is already possible but adding outside of that as well).

    Stores all emails against a contact.

    Can add additional fields to a contact

    Can add tasks against a contact

    Can add notes and documents to a contact.

    Might be a bit beyond what you're trying to do but so far…

  15. Allow for Alphabetizing

    By selecting a group of bullets and clicking on an "alphabetize" button to order them. This is useful for project based structures. It also allows for manual numbering of milestones that should be in a certain order.

  16. Hyperlink any URL

    I see that moo.do sees http:// as hyperlink. It would be great to see as clickable any text containing :// That would allow us to put message:// or mail:// or anything that is different that website as reference (i.e. email message out of webmail). Syntax like this: [URL=hyperlink://hyperlink-string]Hyperlink text could give as result: [icon] Hyperlink text.

  19. Add Sharing of individual items and lists from within a document while keeping the rest of the document private

    Allowing this would allow the ability to keep one document without having to switch back and forth between shared and private. Also allowing to search the whole document.

  20. Collapse all items - Improvement

    The collapse all items button, really isn't very useful.
    It only collapses top level items.
    As soon as I open one of those, the sub-items haven't been collapsed.
    As it is called "Collapse all items", please make it so, that it actually collapses all items.
