Fix drag and drop in apps

Currently it's not possible to drag and drop items. The outline appears but as soon as I move my finger, the item is being dropped and I can't move it. Please fix this :)
I experienced this behaviour on iPhone and iPad, latest updates.

    Also have this issue in the latest android app. This is critical for me.

    And by the way - many other apps are able to drag and drop lines without problems.....

    This is crucial. I don't use the app at the movement because of lack this feature. Fix it, because it is a BASIC operation in the app! Without being able to move tasks around, the app is close to unusable.
