  1. Preserve outline state

    Nowadays, when a document is closed and reopened, the outline state is not preserved, I mean, if I left an item collapsed, I expect to find the same item(s) collapsed when a return to the document.

    I am not using Moodo yet by this single fact.
    It is very dificult to navegate thru a large document and also by the fact that there are not bullets or any other sign or formatting to identify an item.

  2. Allow separate start date, due date, and multiple scheduled times

    I want to know when to start working on a task, when it needs to be completed by, and also when I will work on it.

    For example: A task which I can't start working on until next Monday, due by next Wednesday, that I will work on for 1 hour at 3:30pm on Monday and again for 30 minutes at 11:00am on Tuesday.

  3. Add option to increase pane width to whole screen

    I would like the ability to increase the pane width when I have just one pane open instead of having the pane centered and taking up only 1/3 of my screen real estate.

  4. File attachments

    It would be very useful to attach files. Either through 3rd party tools like Dropbox, Drive or Cloud, or through an interal solution.

  6. Import notes from OPML files

    In order to facilitate migration from other outliners, you should allow the importing of the Notes field inthe OPML files. Currently the OPML import works well but only includes the text in the [OutlineText] tag.

    Most other (even less powerful) outliners support doing full exports into the OPML file format inlcuding their notes. The file includes a [Notes] tag that brings notes from each item from the system/service you are moving your info from. See this example:

  8. Show/hide completed, delete to trash, no archive

    I think archival in general is redundant. There should be buttons to hide/show/delete completed items. All deletions should go to trash, from where they can be restored. This covers all the usecases, no need in separate notion of archive.

  9. Button to add custom columns to the right of tasks list

    For a list of:

    • Project 1 --- Component 1 ------ Task 1 ------ Task 2 ...

    Would be very cool to have numeric column, e.g. "estimate". So that groups would automatically sum/count/avg values from subitems and so we could do a cute export to excel.

  10. Ability to reorder the "Starred" list

    Once I've "starred" everything that I need to focus on doing "next" (which I assume is a valid application of the "star" functionality as it applies to GTD) I would work off of starred list in the agenda pane.
    Right now, it doesn't look like I can change the order of the items in this list. Doing so would be helpful to prioritize the day.

  11. time stamp all entires

    Time stamp all entries, just like Checkvist does. This makes it easy to see when things were done, especially useful for notes etc so that the date and time of updates can be seen.

  12. A way of dragging multiple items at once by holding shift

    It should be a way of dragging multiple items at once. Eg: selecting 4 or 5 adjacent items with shift+clicking and then moving them somewhere else in the same list or even to another panel. Because it is possible to select multiple items but when trying to moving them in a batch it only moves the first item.
    (not even having to open the "move to context menu)?

  13. Assign color to items in calendar pane

    When I do multiple projects I often do the same task for each project. Since all items from Moo.do in the calendar pane are blue, two of the same tasks in two different projects look exactly the same. Usually I tag the tasks with a project abbreviation to easily distinguish them in the calendar, but I find that somewhat superfluous since the tasks already are subitems of the project.

    Here are two proposals on how to do it:
    Instead of to "star" items you could color them? Maybe there's a selection of 8 different colors, like in Finder on OSX.…

    It would be powerful If I could insert links to different entries within the outline from different entries within the outline.

  15. Multiple Panes on tablets (iPad)

    I live by the multiple panes on my computer, but when I switch to my iPad I am stuck with one pane. I would like multiple panes on tablets, at least in landscape orientation.

    안녕하세요. 작년에 출시한 moo.do 정말 멋진 서비스라고 생각합니다. 이렇게 멋진 서비스가 한글이 지원이 안됩니다. 저는 오랫동안 workflowy pro 유저이고 workflowy의 단점을 이 서비스가 많이 해결했다고 봅니다. 이 서비스가 잘 되길 기원하고 2 bytes 언어에 대한 배려가 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

    빠른 시일 내에 픽스되면 좋을 것 같습니다. 감사합니다.

  18. Customize keyboard shortcuts

    It would be nice to be able to customize the keyboard shortcuts so eventual conflicts with browser plugins, applications and even window manages could be avoided

  19. Add a global search/ filter for all panes

    It would be great to have a global search field that filters all panes.
    Currently I only can search each pane individually.

    E.g. when I enter "@next" I see all entries with "@next" in all the panes.
    Currently, I have to enter "@next" in every single pane

  20. Give an option on how to sort !!!important items in the agenda view.

    Let me choose if I want the !!! Important section of the agenda view to appear at the top/bottom/elsewhere of the agenda view. And additionally, to have the option to remove duplicates of things that also appear in a time frame section.
