Add option to increase pane width to whole screen
I would like the ability to increase the pane width when I have just one pane open instead of having the pane centered and taking up only 1/3 of my screen real estate.

Agreed. Similarly, i would like it if two-pane arrangements auto-sized to 'fill' the available screen real estate. For example, one outline + one calendar pane currently cuts off half of the last day in the week, even with the sidebar minimized. It's so close...
