File attachments
It would be very useful to attach files. Either through 3rd party tools like Dropbox, Drive or Cloud, or through an interal solution.

Ideally it would let you upload from desktop - my files aren't always on the cloud

Some recipients cannot open links to google drive. "native" attachment (i.e. embed it in the email message) solves this.

Yes! This would be so necesary.
Also because one cannot add notes to a an item in the outline!
