Support manual ordering of agenda items (within their priority)
I think it would be very handy to support manual ordering of agenda items (within their priority). So given something like the following, the user would be able to reorder a/b and c/d/e. That allows the user to plan their day in the scope of the agenda.

Initial default ordering would be based on outline position like it is now, but user could then drag them.

Note the ordering would be independent of the outline ordering. Essentially individual items would have a separate order value when in agenda. This is pretty common in task organizers.

This is the only thing that prevents me from switching from Inbox to this.
