Quick Inbox / Capture
Use Case: You have a phone call or a an idea right in the middle of something and you want to Keep track of this. You hit a Keyboard shortcut and a TextBox appears. There you cant enter your idea. This goes to a Special inbox Location where the Content may be moved to the right Location afterwards.
- the inbox should not be visible all the time but should be rather accessible instantly from anywhere.
- the same Function should be available from phone / mobile devices.
The idea: you don't have to leave the spot you're working on and you don't have to find the right target Location either.

This is productivity 101....a trusted (and convenient) system for capturing all ideas. I vote 3 x.

What I've done is that my very first line in the outline is called Inbox, and that's where I put all my quick notes in the Windows and Web App.

In android they have a widget that allows you to quickly add an idea to some kind of clipboard that holds many ideas until you have time to actually move them to the proper position.
In the windows app and web app I haven't seen anything similar, but definitely a good idea perhaps would be to have a default Inbox branch where all this quick notes would go.

i use [Drafts](https://agiletortoise.com/drafts/index.html) excatly for this . i can ditacte from my iwatch , fiddle later on my iphone / ipad i necessary. and I would like to then action it into mood.do. using draft we would already have 2/3 of the job done. the only thing left would be to (insert as Markdown) . how to do this ? ( so fat/ open / paste )
