  1. Follow threading settings of gmail.

    Turning off thread view in Gmail doesn't change it in moo.do. Having email separate allows to separate reference documents, comments and stuff from particular emails. Now I can only refer to one thread or... manually copy-paste what I need :-(

  2. Improve "Undo"

    t would be nice if the Undo command supported ALL actions -- i'm thinking here of view-changing such as zooming, filtering, etc. Especially for new users (but sometimes not), one will occasionally do something that just “blows up” the view, and you don’t understand why or where you are. Panic sets in, you're afraid you lost some work, and you just want to Undo. Unfortunately in these cases, Undo does nothing.

    What makes it a little worse, is that Undo is still available from the Edit menu. So it looks like you can use it. But then nothing happens, so…

  5. Allow Moo.do to be the default mail application

    so when you click on an email address the compose window in Moo.do opens.

  6. Signature Placement in Reply Email

    Signature placement in replies needs to be more ...Outlook/Mailbird like.

    You post the signature at the bottom of the message, even in a reply. In a reply I would have what I wrote, the body of the original message and then my signature. I know this is old school email format, but in business I should have what I wrote, my signature and then the body of the original message.

  7. Provide a shortcut for links on mobile devices

    Love the support for markdown links like this

    Problem is on keyboards of small touch screen devices, and pasting the link accurately after the opening ( is a bit fiddly.

    On desktop you've got the Ctrl-k shortcut which is great. On the android version you've got keyboard shortcuts for other bits of formatting (also great!).

    I suggest you add a shortcut on mobile for inserting/pasting links then modifying the link's text

    I want to have multiple email panes, each that filters emails for a particular label . EG inbox, todo, sent ...

  9. Quick(er) add for mobile: Swipe line in outline to quick-add new item under it

    Adding a new item under an existing project or list in their outline, is probably the single task anyone wants to do most quickly on a mobile device!

    With this in mind, I wish one of the convenient swipe gestures on mobile was reserved for quickly adding a new item under any given line in the outline.

    I'm aware that this would replace or extend current swiping options on mobile. However, I think the ability to quickly add a new task under a specific list/project in the outline, via a precise gesture, might be more important than even the current…

  10. Don't allow a blank first row

    On mobile sometimes I create a new task at the top of the document and change my mind. There is no easy way to delete the first row so I would like it that if I cancel entering anything (leave it blank) it automatically deleted the blank first row.

  11. Deleting on mobile

    The (+) button should change to a trash icon when dragging a row or tree around on mobile. Deleting on mobile is very unintuitive.

    It would also help to have a trash button on the toolbar when editing a row.

    Deleting in this manner should show a confirmation if there are nested tasks "Are you sure you want to delete 24 nested items?"

  13. Move multiple calendar items together

    Right I can drag and move calendar items, but only one at a time. It would be useful to be able to move multiple items.

    Scenario:
    I have an agenda planned. Something urgent comes up. I want to postpone everything for 30 minutes so I can deal with this thing first. Right now I'd have to move all the items one by one, which will not be worth the time to do so.

  14. Save email drafts

    Today I ran into the problem of wanting to write an email and continue doing so on another device. I closed the email, thinking that there will be an option to either save or discard the writing.
    Moo.do took that decision out of my hands and deleted everything I had already written, without warning.
    It would really be nice to have the opportunity to save email drafts for editing / completion on another device

  15. Agenda view/general filter: before:@now

    Please add possibility to filter out any future events with the precision of minutes. The results would then show anything that was due before the current hour and minute and would update automatically.

    My use case is that I usually plan certain events for certain times, so I want them to stay hidden while they are irrelevant but when their time comes I want them to appear automatically.

  17. Move the Send button for emails, to the top right corner on email window.

    When its a single mail we reply to it makes sense, the current placement of the send button.

    When its a chain mail, argh its very annoying to scroll down till I find the send button. Sometime it by mistake goes back to the response field then I have to scroll back down.

    This is the only time I open gmail to respond to mails, else everything is a single window operation.

    Please please make this change.

  18. Sort by priority

    I know I can filter by priority but it would be nice to be able to sort a project or sub-project by Priority too. Then I could see how my list is stacking up. I would see there being a context menu item to sort children by priority (maybe just immediate children or perhaps all children).

  19. Add the option to Grey text out: Useful to mark project/task as not currently active while reducing visual noise

    I recently started using Moo.Do to plan out my projects but I would like to be able to mark certain headers to signify that they are not currently active while reducing the visual clutter of my project organization.
