An error occurred while saving the comment David Rees supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment David Rees commentedAs a sample use case: I want to use Moo.do for my detailed task lists for specific projects and for ongoing notes, but I don't want to combine these into a single document.
It's kind of surprising Moo.do doesn't support this already. You can open two pages on Moo.do, but if you change the document in one you are forced to reload and change the document in the other one.
As @KV mentioned, the URL fragment should update wth the document name also so we can direct link to it. And, of course, the window title should change to match the current document.
I've thought about trying http://fluidapp.com/ to work around the single document limitation, but it really feels like Moo.do should be able to solve it natively. Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment David Rees commentedNote the ordering would be independent of the outline ordering. Essentially individual items would have a separate order value when in agenda. This is pretty common in task organizers.

An error occurred while saving the comment David Rees commentedExample of Asana's Chrome extension:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/asana-extension-for-chrom/khnpeclbnipcdacdkhejifenadikeghkAdding this feature would be much more useful if rich text or markdown links were supported in some way: https://feedback.moo.do/forums/274238-general/suggestions/6993725-hyperlink-text
I personally would like to see the text be the page name, linked to the URL, with the selected text in the note.
If a simple add API was provided lots of folks would happily write this for us:

An error occurred while saving the comment David Rees commentedAt the vest least an "add to Moo.do" API would really help.
A Kamil suggests, An API is definitely possible by acting on the Google doc itself. You can see examples of this already in the APIs for Docs, Sheets, etc..

An error occurred while saving the comment David Rees commentedOr ability to just set a pane size in settings in would be nice so we could have wider panes for richer notes/tasks.

An error occurred while saving the comment David Rees commentedThis is actually two suggestions - would suggest voting for saved searches here - https://feedback.moo.do/forums/274238-general/suggestions/13085562-save-searches

An error occurred while saving the comment David Rees commentedThis also another way of achieving the functionality asked for in saved searches - https://feedback.moo.do/forums/274238-general/suggestions/13085562-save-searches
An error occurred while saving the comment David Rees commentedI would go one more to say the panel and its configs could be remembered. So I can quickly add/remove my "Backlog" panel which includes it search value and other pane-specific settings.

An error occurred while saving the comment David Rees commentedDefinitely would be handy. Also see idea of naming Panels - then panels (including their searches) could be closed and reopened by name - https://feedback.moo.do/forums/274238-general/suggestions/13059075-give-a-custom-name-to-each-panel-to-identify-them

The document name should also be in the window title also. So the user can tell the different instances apart.
