1. Add Ability for Line-Item Collaboration/Sharing

   Allow for main header items to be shared without the rest of the file being shared. i.e. if you share a line, anything underneath that line is also shared but anything above or outside of it is not. I believe this was a Workflowy feature. Sharing a different file is not ideal because one of the best features of Moo.do is seeing everything you need to do in one file. Line-item collaboration is the answer!

5. Saved and Boolean Searches

   I'd love to be able to:
   1) Have boolean queries for searches like 2Do has for smart searches: http://2doapp.com/macfiles/2DoManual.pdf

   2) Have saveable boolean search queries.

   Right now I think a critical lack is to be able to see things like "Things due in the next 3 days". There seems to be no easy way to quickly view that without 3 separate searches for @today and then @tomorrow and then @Wed (assuming that's 2 days from now).
   This of course needs to be saved

   V2 might include boolean queries so it can be customized and could possibly solve the above if we more date / time based filters "@next 7 days" along with saved searches
   If all major fields could be searchable then we'll have a very powerful todo system. This is something Todoist and 2Do (especially) excel in.

   I love the outliner and quick add feel for this app and feel having a simple, saved and customizable (boolean field queries) would make this a feasible all in one todo app.
   I'm a developer as well and am really impressed with great work here.

7. Make the labels (GMail) case-insensitive

   Currently, all my labels are of the form "Studies". Yet, when I type "studies" and press Enter, this creates a new label. Instead of selecting the "Studies" label. Temporary solution is to press downarrow and Enter.

8. Improve "Undo"

   t would be nice if the Undo command supported ALL actions -- i'm thinking here of view-changing such as zooming, filtering, etc. Especially for new users (but sometimes not), one will occasionally do something that just “blows up” the view, and you don’t understand why or where you are. Panic sets in, you're afraid you lost some work, and you just want to Undo. Unfortunately in these cases, Undo does nothing.

   What makes it a little worse, is that Undo is still available from the Edit menu. So it looks like you can use it. But then nothing happens, so you wonder if you still "undid" anything. If your view didn't change, but it still lets you "undo", does that it mean it "undid" the last change you made that wasn't a view change? You look in the Edit menu again and "Redo" is available, not grey...so maybe you should Redo now in case you lost info you entered? But clicking Redo doesn't do anything either, and it still doesn't become grey, so that means you really have no idea if you're at the middle or the end of your "undo chain". Now you have to not only get back to your previous view, but remember the last thing you typed and see if it's still there...

   Therefore, i suggest:
   - Undo not available (grey) if clicking it will do nothing
   - Undo pops up feedback on what was actually undone (the black banner at the bottom of the screen), so you know if it did nothing, or made a change you can't see. This can be very vague, like "undid typing" "undid view change" "undid filter"
   - The black banner should have a "show" link that will jump the current pane to wherever the undo happened.
   - Similarly, "Redo" should be unavailable (grey) if there is nothing to redo (ie you are at the end of the available undo chain).

9. Allow the primary inbox to be the default mail display

   When you display the Gmail pane, the default view is your inbox, with every piece of mail you've received, including mailing list and promotional emails, rather than the "Primary" inbox.

   It is possible to access the primary inbox by searching category:primary, but you have to reapply that search every time you bring up a new tab.

   It would be nice if I could have a pane that showed my primary inbox without the extra steps.

10. Break the dependency on Google Drive APIs

    Please break the dependency on Google Drive (and GD APIs).

    Unfortunately, I cannot use moo.do full-time due to the dependency on Google Drive APIs which are blocked when l am on the corporate network or VPN, working on my corporate macOS device.

    Leveraging Google Drive seems like a brilliant idea on a number of levels. However, moo.do is excluding a large number of customers who may be prevented from accessing Google Drive (and GD APIs) most of the time they have their hands on a keyboard.

    For the above reason, I am currently evaluating migrating to Dynalist.io. However, I love the moo.do Calendar/Agenda view of items tagged with a "Date/Time" dimension. This view of my data was a brilliant innovation and why I migrated to moo.do from workflowy over a year ago.

    I would like to be able to add an email to a to-do list, and anyone collaborating on that list be able to click to see the contents of the email, rather than having to forward the email separately.

12. Add configurability to Agenda view (of calendar pane)

    I'd like a group of settings to configure the "sections" of the Agenda view display.

    Currently the Agenda shows 'overdue', 'today', 'starred', 'important', 'tomorrow', etc. I can see why this is logical, but depending on how the user actually implements "stars" and "priority", that arrangement may not make any sense at all. For example, i do not use the colors to indicate 'priority'.

    Personally, I schedule each day the night before, and during the next day, i want to focus on what is effectively my "to do list" (now that i can filter on 'checkbox' items, this works very well, thanks!). So I only want to see 'overdue' and 'today' -- and nothing else -- because those are just distractions that will stress me out. I wish i could turn those sections "off" entirely. I would also like to reorder "today" items before "overdue", so i only try and catch up on overdue items after completing those scheduled for today (rather than letting today's items go onto the overdue list).

    I see several suggestions already for various small improvements to the calendar such as "start calendar on Monday" and "hide weekend"... i think these should be combined into a general proposal of adding more configurability to the calendar. This would comprise:
    - Choose first day of week
    - Hide "non working" days of user's choice
    - Define start and end times of the day (this would set the default scroll position, and what position the calendar 'snaps back' to)
    - Choose 12-hr or 24-hr time format
    - Choose date format
    - Set default duration of new events (currently 1hr)
    - Choose the color of Moo.Do calendar items that aren't synced to Gcals (aka "local events")
    - Choose the color of 'completed' calendar items

16. Encrypt hierarchies of notes for multiple recipients

    I'd like to be able to hand out access to a primary, single moo.do outline but with selective access focused on one or more "hierarchies" in the larger outline.

    I'd like to use this for delegation and sharing. If I tag or flag an outline element as "viewable" by a known recipient, then I'd like to be able to share this access so that others can see and modify anything under that. But where changes are reflected in my primary outline.

    In order to support this (at least how I think of it), there could be a lightweight encryption layer that encrypts hierarchies selectively with an ephemeral key, and an initial header is included that encrypts for each recipient the key that is used for this hierarchy.

    Then the raw moo.do data could be synchronised directly with the selected other moo.do users even if their Google account is different. And I wouldn't mind handing out the raw information, since I'd assume that the data I'd like to keep confidential can be additionally encrypted.

    To keep my life simple and to ensure instant sync, I'd like to hand out access to the one single list, rather than having to manually maintain several lists.

17. Have an option to simply close the email preview panel when archiving

    When you click on an email, a panel opens with the email. If you archive the email with the shortcut "E", the email below shows up and its status changes to "read". That's a problem if you have a lot of unread emails. There should be an option to simply close the email panel when you archive an email.

19. Add option to hide all notes, email and files in outline

    When adding lots of notes, emails, and/or files to tasks, the outline view can become very cluttered. It would be helpful to be able to hide all of these other elements in the outline with just a single click without having to use priorities or stars to accomplish this.

    The same way that you can switch between Gmail accounts, a feature to switch between multiple Google Drive accounts in the Drive pane would be really helpful.
