ATTACHMENT PREVIEWS
One of my favorite features of gmail is that I can preview email attachments without downloading them. This makes it more efficient to determine what I will do with each email attachment. Often times I can reply to an email that references an attachment much faster because I don't have to download to view first. The other benefit is I can also verify I am attaching the right document by its content preview vs just its file name. I simply cannot express how much this feature would be appreciated!

Omnibar
Ever used Alfred, or Sublime Text/Atom?
I feel like moo.do is missing an omnibar type feature where you can can start typing for basically all the actions that are in the sidebar.
Here you could search for workspace names or document names, or even search through actions you can take on items. It would also be nice if this listed the shortcut for that action where relevant.

allow to edit calendar event details from moo.do, either natively or via webview.
Most of my workflow can now be done via moo.do, one of the missing steps that forces me back to my browser is having to create calendar invites with attendees.

Linux desktop application
First of all, I am pretty much sold on this application!
I see that you recently released desktop apps for Windows and Mac. Hoping that these were built using cross-platform technology like Electron, could you also build a release for Linux?

Make it possible to change the color of either (or both) of the title of a pane or the background of the pane.
It would be easier to see whether I'm in the outline or the calendar or one of my custom panes. I'm always finding myself typing in the calendar when I mean to be typing in the outline, or vice versa.

support additional time options
I have tasks that need to be done more occasionally, like @quarterly or @every x months. It would also be potentially useful to arbitrarily list dates, too, like @every may 15, june 25, september 10.

Task state
Tasks can have more states than just 'to do' and 'done'. While this is a perfectly fine default, some users want more states. I'm one of those. I've been using this in org-mode for years. See the manual here: http://orgmode.org/manual/TODO-extensions.html#TODO-extensions
In addition to the traditional 'todo' and 'done' states, I also use 'waiting', 'cancelled', and 'inprogress' to denote that I can't or won't work on something, or that I am actually working on something (and should finish it before taking on a new task).

Rendering Issues at High Resolutions (in my case 4k)
I use a 4k resolution display due to the number of applications I'm in at the same time daily. When using moo.do at the increased resolutions you'll notice that the application tends to lag a bit (when hovering over tasks, there is a noticeable delay before the highlight effect takes place).
I'm imagining that the system is having issues properly rendering at the resolution that i'm using.

Hide future events
In the task pane I want to be able to filter out all tasks that have a future date. Better yet would be to have a start date and to be able to filter start date e.g. on or before today. I would like this filter to be saved so it applies itself on reload

Collapse all items - Improvement
The collapse all items button, really isn't very useful.
It only collapses top level items.
As soon as I open one of those, the sub-items haven't been collapsed.
As it is called "Collapse all items", please make it so, that it actually collapses all items.10 votes -
Filter in agenda view for overdue items
I think it would be great to be able to search / filter for overdue items with the @overdue tag.
When I use the agenda view, I like to overview what I need to accomplish todayish.
So maybe a way to filter for items due today PLUS overdue would also be nifty. (So tasks overdue from yesterday don't have to be rescheduled to @today first...)

Move Feature should allow search of path name too
Header One
- Activity
Header Two
- Activity
-- [ ITEM SHOULD GO HERE]
Header Three
- ActivtyMoving should not only accept the target Location as search term but also the parent / path items. In my above example I want to move the item to "Activity" Category of "Header Two"
Typing "Activity" lists too many unspecific results.
typing "activity two" should mach the child item activity only for Header two.

Launch Bar / Quick Switch
Pressing a keyboard shortcut opens a search window. Typing will Auto-filter existing target destitinations, Favorites (see other Suggestion), workplaces etc...
Favorite entries are prefered from the filter engine.
Hitting enter, jumps directly to that Topic.
Holding Shift while pressing enter, opens the Topic in a second pane.

Quick Inbox / Capture
Use Case: You have a phone call or a an idea right in the middle of something and you want to Keep track of this. You hit a Keyboard shortcut and a TextBox appears. There you cant enter your idea. This goes to a Special inbox Location where the Content may be moved to the right Location afterwards.
- the inbox should not be visible all the time but should be rather accessible instantly from anywhere.
- the same Function should be available from phone / mobile devices.
The idea: you don't have to leave the spot you're working on and you…

Auto-complete email address when composing a new email
Gmail automatically suggests auto-completion of previously contacted email addresses when I start typing in the "to:" box. This feature is desperately needed. I don't know the exact emails of most people I contact frequently, so this is a deal breaker for me.

Add Sharing of individual items and lists from within a document while keeping the rest of the document private
Allowing this would allow the ability to keep one document without having to switch back and forth between shared and private. Also allowing to search the whole document.
