Have a REDUCED WIDTH PANE for the AGENDA, like the MAIL PANE
I love the fact that the GMAIL PANE is narrower than the OUTLINE PANE. This makes it easier to keep open and review it for secondary jobs. It would be great if there was an option to resize the AGENDA. Currently it takes up too much of the screen, IMHO

Document specific calendar settings
I have 2 documents, Personal and Vocation, where I split my life like that. The calendar integration is great, being able to split this again would take this to perfection.
I have both my work and my personal calendar synced for read, and only one selected as write. What would be ideal is to be able to select my personal calendar as read and write in my personal document, no work read or write. Then vice versa in my work document, just showing work calendar as read and write, no personal read or write.

FLATTEN LIST RESULTS option - see hits, not hierarchy
I'd find it really useful to have an option (or a search modifier) to FLATTEN lists. Why? For example, on a search for APPLE you might get:
- apple pie
- crab apple
- apple of my eye
- adams appleinstead of something like this, which is what you get at the moment:
- COOKING
-- FAVOURITE RECIPES
-- apple pie
- DOG CAN'T EAT
-- crab apple
- SAYINGS AND PHRASES
-- NAN USED TO SAY
--- apple of my eye
- PARTS OF THE BODY
-- adams apple4 votes -
Add criteria to a pane to customise view
It would be nice and smart if a pane contents can be predefined by adding some criteria. Simplest way to achieve this is by using your #tag feature. If a pane can be set to only show certain #tags... It's like Remember the Milk and their smart lists... This sort of manipulation on contents, gives any user the freedom to organise panes, views, boards as they seem fit. The next step, is that a certain Pane can receive an alternative Title.. I can now create a Pane with a workboard with the title Progress and have all progress #tags connected…

EXPORT outline sections, searches. Also export to other MOO.DO documents
Export is a great function, but unless I'm missing a trick - or it's a bug - this an all or nothing business. I need to be able to export JUST ONE NODE, or the RESULTS OF A SEARCH to make MOO.DO my #1 app, and ditch GINGKO and WORKFLOWY

PERSISTENT WORKSPACES - refresh to original view / per-workspace display settings
Workspaces are a great idea, but need tweaking in practice Here's what and why:
- There needs to be an option to 'freeze' a workspace as you set it up - panels, zooms, hoists, searches. Because workspaces spawn as you left them you have to fiddle around with them each time you switch.
- An option for unique display settings - font size, etc - would really help. Because if you have just 1 panel open the font needs to be larger than when you are rocking six windows at once. BONUS - when you use MOO.DO on different machines…6 votes -

Support @waiting since and @blocked
Since I use Moo.do for my GTD list, I miss such funcionalities. For example, I would love to do something like:

Use new tags #pc @blocked

Kindly consider a way to make selection of a whole outline possible on the mobile.

I have needed to copy an outline for a presentation. I did the work on the mobile but could not copy the whole outline for use elsewhere.

Ctrl-backspace shouldn't delete left bracket, unless the deletion starts after the right bracket
The word-deletion command deletes the left bracket along with the word coming after it. That's irksome with strings of code, although I don't know why this should be the case in general. As a example, Google Keep treats left brackets as spaces for this purpose.

Please create a Settings option to disable Notifications from Moo.do. I do NOT want notifications, and I can't turn them off from Chrome.

add resizing of the panes
Hi, it would be nice to resize the panes to see more depth at once.
Controls would be just dragging the edge and pulling.
Maybe have a grid to snap lengths to.This would help with seeing more indentations and work better on ultrawide / 4k displays.

I wish that I wasn't asked to re-authenticate with my Google Gmail identity almost every day
It seems that recently, within the past 2 weeks, I am asked to re-authenticate, using my Google identity, on what seems like almost a daily basis (on Mac OS X and Chromebook devices).
Previously, the authorization to use my Google identity with moo.do was cached for at least 1 week.

quick switcher, zoom to another part of the document
I wish there was a feature like Slack's 'quick switcher' that would allow me to jump/zoom to another part of my document.
Like Moo.do's ctrl + m move feature, but for changing focus.

moving rather than just labeling emails; swiping feature on inbox pane; deleting email in outline pane
I wish to suggest 3 things namely:
a setting to allow deleting/labeling the email entry in the outline pane means also deleting/labeling the email in the inbox
swiping function of emails on the inbox pane for deleting/labeling etc
labeling means also moving email to respective folders rather than just staying in the inbox pane

Add syntax to support repeating tasks that are dependent on their completion, like "@3 day after completion"
There are repeating tasks that does need to be done in a regular basis, but there is no use to do them more often than X, so the next scheduled time for the task should be "X after completion" of the previous one.
For example if the "taking out the trash" task is a weekly task and completed on a Saturday, it is not necessary to do it again on Monday, the next logical scheduled time would be next Saturday.

Make "@every 3rd day starting from tomorrow" work.
It looks like "@every 3rd" is interpreted as the 3rd day of every month, a syntax that supports "@every 3rd day" would be nie.
