Allow opening native GMail on android
Android app doesn't seem good in handling gmail (i.e. attachments don't work at the moment). Still having emails in outlines is a nice feature - would be usable if one could open emails in native app.

Space between number and item in "Numbered List" item
Right now, the numbered list item comes as
1.Item
I believe it would be more readable if it is
- Item
when there is a space between the '.' and the Item

Zoom In / Zoom out (Expand or collapse) the whole document level by level
Quire allows you to expand or collapse the whole document level by level. This will allow you to see children progressively. Very helpful when you are building out plans and you do not want to get bogged down with details of specific pieces.

Option for drag-and-drop to create cloned item in destination spot, rather than move it there
Would love to have the ability to do this, on some occasions: use drag-and-drop (especially between panes) to clone an item to its destination spot, rather than move it there.
This feature would have so many useful applications for certain kinds of kanban tasks, especially. (Hence the focus on moving between panes … but I could see how it would be useful in the general outline as well).
A keyboard shortcut — say, hold down key while dragging and dropping — is one respectable solution.
Given the connection with certain kinds of kanban/sorting tasks, though: I EXTRA EXTRA like the…

Add the option to Grey text out: Useful to mark project/task as not currently active while reducing visual noise
I recently started using Moo.Do to plan out my projects but I would like to be able to mark certain headers to signify that they are not currently active while reducing the visual clutter of my project organization.

Explicitly assign items and tasks to contacts
Associating items with +contacts or creating custom #tags (as described at https://www.moo.do/blog/project-management/#tagging) are both very limited.
The problem with +contact is that there's no way to differentiate between those that are assigned to the item and those that are mentioned because they are relevant in some way, such as someone I need to call.
The problem with #tags is that it's very limited. It only supports a very narrow range of use cases where the people who can access the Moo.do file actively assign items to themselves or check to see what's been assigned to them. For example:

Sort by priority
I know I can filter by priority but it would be nice to be able to sort a project or sub-project by Priority too. Then I could see how my list is stacking up. I would see there being a context menu item to sort children by priority (maybe just immediate children or perhaps all children).

Custom priority colours
I've started poking around Moo.do and thinking of my current system I would need more priorities and more distinct colours in order to move seamlessly over to Moo.do. I currently have six colours (Now, Next, Soon, Later, Scheduled, and Waiting) plus no colour.

Move the Send button for emails, to the top right corner on email window.
When its a single mail we reply to it makes sense, the current placement of the send button.
When its a chain mail, argh its very annoying to scroll down till I find the send button. Sometime it by mistake goes back to the response field then I have to scroll back down.
This is the only time I open gmail to respond to mails, else everything is a single window operation.
Please please make this change.

Build in a timer
I vote that you build in a timer, because I noticed that you already calculate duration.

New email dialog should be moveable
New email dialog should be moveable, or a dedicated pane, or something other than pinned to the far right-hand corner of the screen. please
Some emails I write have large code snippets in them and trying to format that email to be readable in the current pinned window is impossiable.

Keep track of when I created, marked as done, and archived items
I'd like to be able to review metadata on a line to see when I created it, archived it, or marked it as done.
This would be useful for seeing if a task is 'stale', and for reviewing how much I completed on certain days.
A larger scope for this feature would include being able to filter on this metadata, and being able to scroll backwards in time in the agenda to see when things were done.

More @date options
I like to use moo.do to plan my weeks with the agenda, but oftentimes I don't know exactly when I'll be able to fit things in, so I use the @soon date a lot.
I'd love to see a few more @date options for slightly more granular planning, like:
@weekend
@nextweek
