  1. Hyperlink any URL

    I see that moo.do sees http:// as hyperlink. It would be great to see as clickable any text containing :// That would allow us to put message:// or mail:// or anything that is different that website as reference (i.e. email message out of webmail). Syntax like this: [URL=hyperlink://hyperlink-string]Hyperlink text could give as result: [icon] Hyperlink text.

  2. Task Progress - (Percent / How Many Done)

    Okay, let's talk about #4 few more details.
    We have some "tree structure", why not to visualize it by extra math at client part to view how many we done, how many left, where we have a lot of tasks, and how to see all "small details" in the project.

  3. I would really like to see One-drive support

    I use Ondrive/Sharepoint for work and would really appreciate being able to use this in the same way as i do GDrive for my personal stuff.

    ideally, you should support the big three of GDive, Onedrive and Dropbox.

  4. Sync between Normal/Agenda pane

    When you click an item in the agenda pane, the conforming item-tree should show in the normal pane. This way you can immediatly see where it sits in the hierarchy and what the item is about.

    Currently when you press focus on an item in the Agenda pane it is changed to a Normal pane and there's no easy way of going back to the agenda.

  5. Date/Calendar features

    1. Show a calendar when adding the name of a day
      @thursday > here you can select next or thursday in two weeks etc

    2. Change the date-format to european (day/month)

  6. Public API

    I used to use Trello for my GTD system, but I switched over to Moo.do a couple of months back because it's awesome.

    My idea (which to be honest you're already probably considering), is to make a Public API available so that external services can manipulate your Moo.do documents.

    My personal use case would be to write a script that would add an item to my Inbox list from Alfred (or bash maybe).

  7. todotxt import

    What is that?
    This guys have some syntax: http://todotxt.com/
    This syntax used in many different tools, like:
    * https://github.com/mNantern/QTodoTxt
    * http://todo.martinsgill.co.uk/
    and many other.

    I'm using QTodoTxt, i want to import all my tasks to moo.do, but i can't because of that:)

  8. Time tracker & reports

    My idea is to add time tracking functionality directly on task. I want to know how many time do I spent on different tasks and with #tags reports and time tracking function directly on task that would be awesome :)

  10. Allow for Alphabetizing

    By selecting a group of bullets and clicking on an "alphabetize" button to order them. This is useful for project based structures. It also allows for manual numbering of milestones that should be in a certain order.

  11. Create a combined Agenda view for seeing all tasks across all documents

    I'm new, so I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but right now the lack of the ability to have a "unified agenda view" is encouraging me to keep one huge document of todos rather than to use multiple documents.

    An agenda view that could show all agenda items and launch the respective documents with a link would solve my concern that if I broke individual 'major' projects into individual documents that I might forget a due item because I didn't go looking through every document each day to refresh my memory.

  12. Fix Gmail URL launcher for handling being logged into multiple accounts

    On my Mac I use Safari and am logged into multiple gmail accounts at the same time. I tried out the Mailbird integration last night, and was pleasantly surprised that when accessed via the browser it actually attempts to launch gmail. Unfortunately, it always tries to load the email in the first account. I knew that specifying the account must be possible, because other apps I've tried were able to do it. Here's the only change that is needed:

    The current URL launched is, for example, https://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox/MESSAGEID

  13. Google Drive Pane settings

    Have some sort of setting for the Drive pane to be able to control the display of list of files like
    - folders on top
    - group files by file type (documents, spreadsheets, slides, csv files, etc.)
    - or just plain and simple be able to rearrange file order same as tasks

  14. Don't cancel focus of panes when the document is switched

    When a user switches from one document to another the focus from his panes disappear. It really does not help in productivity and the whole overview.

  16. Highlight with a custom color

    By starring a line you can highlight the line with a yellow color which is very useful at times. What if you could highlight pieces of text or lines with a custom color as an addition to being able to "star".

  18. Be able to share any list (as an individual webpage) with a public url link accesible to everyone, even people with no moo.do account.

    It would be great to be able to publish or share any list with a public link online accesible to everyone with the url, not needing to sign in. This will be a live updated list only readable for public viewers. It could be something like this for example:

  19. Add support for task dependencies or blockers

    Sometimes I have multiple, unrelated tasks that each happen to have a common depedency. And in these situations, I have to munge-out where to put the common task, or just duplicate the task among my projects, which makes my flow feel kinda messy at times.

    It'd be helpful if there was a dependency/blocker system so I could more-easily visualize what isn't yet actionable, and minimize having to file not-yet-actionable tasks away temporarily.

    It could also be useful in situations where you have a logical hierarchy of tasks, but want a lightweight way to define the order in which to do…

    안녕하세요. 작년에 출시한 moo.do 정말 멋진 서비스라고 생각합니다. 이렇게 멋진 서비스가 한글이 지원이 안됩니다. 저는 오랫동안 workflowy pro 유저이고 workflowy의 단점을 이 서비스가 많이 해결했다고 봅니다. 이 서비스가 잘 되길 기원하고 2 bytes 언어에 대한 배려가 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다.
