  1. Need better import from WorkFlowy

    The completed/checked off status of done items did not get imported, so I now have to go and mark things as done again. Seems like an oversight?

  2. Show parents in agenda view

    The usecase is explained here http://feedback.moo.do/forums/274238-general/suggestions/7129893-create-option-to-maintain-list-hierarchy-in-agenda.

    But maybe full hierarchy management is not trivial to implement. How about displaying a "breadcrumb" of parents above each item in agenda view? This would solve huge part of the problem

  4. recommend using FluidApp for Mac Moodoers.

    Using FluidApps for Mac, I can run two or more outlines (documents) as well as WorkFlowy in the same window as tabs. Very convenient.

  5. support different time zones

    If the event is scheduled by the Pacific Time zone, it would be nice, if it appears in my agenda by my default time zone (i.e. GMT+2).

  7. allow us to switch 'open/close' and 'complete' taps in the app

    either switch or allow us to switch which side we tap on for open/close or complete. I use open/close list way more often than complete and like to tap on the right with my thumb so I can use the app one-handed. Have to reach way over to do this; honestly this is the one thing that leads me to use Workflowy more

  8. Show/hide completed, delete to trash, no archive

    I think archival in general is redundant. There should be buttons to hide/show/delete completed items. All deletions should go to trash, from where they can be restored. This covers all the usecases, no need in separate notion of archive.

  9. Navigate from the agenda to outline (even if collapsed)

    When item is clicked in agenda it is highlighted in Normal pane - cool. But if it is under collapsed subtree - nothing happens. There should be a quick way to get from agenda to outline and move keyboard focus too (e.g. double click ).
    PS. Applies to android too

  10. Mindmap View

    I learned to appreciate the advantages and ease of planning in mindmaps. I think that it would be highly advantageous to be able to toggle between list and mindmap view. Both are hierarchical so it's just an additional layout of the same data.

  11. tab/shift-tab or alt-shift left/right should move entire tree (or an option to do so).

    Selecting a tree for moving isn't easy.

  12. Time Table, Attach files, Reminders, Drop down Calendar

    For instance, If I am going to read some Book.pdf, what if I could assign a duration for the task. I will start the task reading Book.pdf from 9:00 am to 10:00 am with "repeated every" feature and with a reminder at the beginning and the Ending time. Then, If I forgot reading the book there must be an automatic reminder "You did not read the Book.pdf yesterday" or as a user configure the message and the date. You could also add a drop down Calendar as I won't know literally if June 1st will be Saturday or not cause…

  13. Android Widget and Saved Searches

    I'd love to be able to create a homescreen widget that shows all items tagged #GRO - my grocery list. Also would love to be able to save searches and/or have saved alternate views in android so that I don't have to always manually search for everything tagged #gro

    BTW - being able to have an item "Grocery List" with a tag #gro, and everything under it shows on a search for #gro, as well as anything else in toerh random locations that I decide to tag #gro makes this app exceedingly useful.

    I'm using #gro as my example, hopefully…

  14. Click on Contact in List Item instantly Searches for all List Items with that Contact

    I think it would be helpful if Clicking on a Contact in a List Item instantly did a Search for all List Items for that Contact similar to a Tag. I work this way in Workflowy and it is a great way to instantly see content related to that contact. For example: if a Contact is calling I can easily look up all of the items related to them so I don't have to manually find them.

  15. Basic CRM

    So far really like how you've put this together, quick to use, but flexible.

    I run a small agency (me and 2 others) and the one thing I'd love to see in a tool like this would be a basic CRM.

    Simple way to add contacts (imported from gmail like is already possible but adding outside of that as well).

    Stores all emails against a contact.

    Can add additional fields to a contact

    Can add tasks against a contact

    Can add notes and documents to a contact.

    Might be a bit beyond what you're trying to do but so far…

  16. Drag and drop onto month or custom view for google calendar

    iOS. On main screen, left of Search bar, there's currently "Home".
    Replace "Home" text with Today's Date (16 May). Keep button function.

  18. Notifications for daily reminders

    I realize that tasks with due times will notify 30 minutes earlier (it would be nice if that was configurable) on mobile, but it would also be nice if tasks with due dates (@tomorrow, etc) would remind you earlier in the morning (preferably configurable, but 9am would be acceptable too).

    Why to see my sheets i need to click "folder" icon.
