Give a custom name to each Panel (to identify them at glance)
To be able to identify them quickly! A name in the header of the panel, and a different (customizable?) background color behind the name given.
For example, having a panel with a search @next I would name that panel "Next Actions" with a Red color.
A panel with @soon may be named "Backlog" if i want..
Or a panel with @today i would name it "Hoy!" (because spanish is my native language, so this customizable name would let me translate also.. Somehow "Hoy" has more strenght in catching my attention fast than "today" :)22 votes -
Export OPML allowing writing workflow with text processors (e.g. Scrivener)
Although Moo.do can import OPML (Outline Processor Markup Language), it is still lacking OPML export.
By importing/exporting OPML Moo.do could become a hub for exchange of data across applications, since this is the ubiquitous format adopted by outline programs.
I've adopted a handy and productive workflow by starting my text drafts in Workflowy, finishing them in Scrivener, a text processors that handles OPML. I would migrate my writing workflow to Moo.do if it could export OPML.

Create a combined Agenda view for seeing all tasks across all documents
I'm new, so I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but right now the lack of the ability to have a "unified agenda view" is encouraging me to keep one huge document of todos rather than to use multiple documents.
An agenda view that could show all agenda items and launch the respective documents with a link would solve my concern that if I broke individual 'major' projects into individual documents that I might forget a due item because I didn't go looking through every document each day to refresh my memory.
Again, I'm new so there may…

Templates Management
Currently, one can move an item only: right click or CTRL+M.
Working with several templates it would be nice to have an additional context menu option to deep copy too.

Be able to share any list (as an individual webpage) with a public url link accesible to everyone, even people with no moo.do account.
It would be great to be able to publish or share any list with a public link online accesible to everyone with the url, not needing to sign in. This will be a live updated list only readable for public viewers. It could be something like this for example:

Time tracker & reports
My idea is to add time tracking functionality directly on task. I want to know how many time do I spent on different tasks and with #tags reports and time tracking function directly on task that would be awesome :)

time stamp all entires
Time stamp all entries, just like Checkvist does. This makes it easy to see when things were done, especially useful for notes etc so that the date and time of updates can be seen.

Task Progress - (Percent / How Many Done)
My english is very bad, let me explain:
1. http://i.imgur.com/92nCqEB.png
sure, you can change colors by yourself, or percent position, it's just prototype. How many tasks complete / left
http://i.imgur.com/utv6857.pngHow many tasks per task or topic or total
http://i.imgur.com/0w696uv.pngTask Visualizator
Example: http://i.imgur.com/doRFLml.png
Okay, let's talk about #4 few more details.
We have some "tree structure", why not to visualize it by extra math at client part to view how many we done, how many left, where we have a lot of tasks, and how to see all "small details" in the project.Example service: www.subtask.com
How it must…

Android Widget and Saved Searches
I'd love to be able to create a homescreen widget that shows all items tagged #GRO - my grocery list. Also would love to be able to save searches and/or have saved alternate views in android so that I don't have to always manually search for everything tagged #gro
BTW - being able to have an item "Grocery List" with a tag #gro, and everything under it shows on a search for #gro, as well as anything else in toerh random locations that I decide to tag #gro makes this app exceedingly useful.
I'm using #gro as my example, hopefully…

Customisable tags, users and other colors
It would be nice to be able to customise tag, user and other colors to be able to get a better overview/recognition of where things fit. It would also be nice to have the tags/etc. shown with a shaded background so they stand out more obviously as 'objects' ...though this may be a theme thing.

Mindmap View
I learned to appreciate the advantages and ease of planning in mindmaps. I think that it would be highly advantageous to be able to toggle between list and mindmap view. Both are hierarchical so it's just an additional layout of the same data.

Introduce more keyboard shortcuts for navigation, collapsing and expanding items.
Moo.do is quite mouse intensive for navigating tasks and collapsing items. More keyboard shortcuts would make it more efficient to enter data and find way around quickly
