Add the option to Grey text out: Useful to mark project/task as not currently active while reducing visual noise
I recently started using Moo.Do to plan out my projects but I would like to be able to mark certain headers to signify that they are not currently active while reducing the visual clutter of my project organization.

Zapier Support
To bring tasks into Moo.do easily and automatically. Some of us use CRM or other task applications at work. Not desirable to maintain two different task apps. Automatically bringing those tasks into Moo.do and ideally update them in the other app when completed would be really great.

Sort by priority
I know I can filter by priority but it would be nice to be able to sort a project or sub-project by Priority too. Then I could see how my list is stacking up. I would see there being a context menu item to sort children by priority (maybe just immediate children or perhaps all children).

Make it REALLY CLEAR wether data is saved to web or locally.
I came home, ate and went to my home computer. The days work was not in my moo.do anymore. A days work. But most older stuff is there. So I must know what is saved where. And why. Thanks, Maarten

Keep track of when I created, marked as done, and archived items
I'd like to be able to review metadata on a line to see when I created it, archived it, or marked it as done.
This would be useful for seeing if a task is 'stale', and for reviewing how much I completed on certain days.
A larger scope for this feature would include being able to filter on this metadata, and being able to scroll backwards in time in the agenda to see when things were done.

More @date options
I like to use moo.do to plan my weeks with the agenda, but oftentimes I don't know exactly when I'll be able to fit things in, so I use the @soon date a lot.
I'd love to see a few more @date options for slightly more granular planning, like:
@weekend
@nextweek

Build in a timer
I vote that you build in a timer, because I noticed that you already calculate duration.
Folding text is a great example: https://www.foldingtext.com/static/gallery/2-surprisingly_adept.png

Notifications for Email
Be notified on mobile when new emails are received.
Ideally with an option to receive the notifications at a predefined time.

Save email drafts
Today I ran into the problem of wanting to write an email and continue doing so on another device. I closed the email, thinking that there will be an option to either save or discard the writing.
Moo.do took that decision out of my hands and deleted everything I had already written, without warning.
It would really be nice to have the opportunity to save email drafts for editing / completion on another device3 votes -

New email dialog should be moveable
New email dialog should be moveable, or a dedicated pane, or something other than pinned to the far right-hand corner of the screen. please
Some emails I write have large code snippets in them and trying to format that email to be readable in the current pinned window is impossiable.

Fix drag and drop in apps
Currently it's not possible to drag and drop items. The outline appears but as soon as I move my finger, the item is being dropped and I can't move it. Please fix this :)
I experienced this behaviour on iPhone and iPad, latest updates.5 votes -
Contact Pane and multiple Google contact sync
It would be great to consolidate contacts from different gmail accounts in Moo.do and have a contact pane which allows to modify those contacts in Moo.do and sync changes back to google.

Agenda view/general filter: before:@now
Please add possibility to filter out any future events with the precision of minutes. The results would then show anything that was due before the current hour and minute and would update automatically.
My use case is that I usually plan certain events for certain times, so I want them to stay hidden while they are irrelevant but when their time comes I want them to appear automatically.
Thanks for consideration.

Expand a set number of level
Right now we have expand/collapse (top level) and expand/collapse recursively (every level, which gets messy), it would be great if we can expand everything at say, 2 levels down, or 3, by a shortcut like maybe shift+control+2, shift+control+3.
Use case:
I keep a project named "books", under that is different categories of books, "self help", "entertainment", etc. Under that is actual names of the books. Under the names is notes for the specific books. It will be great if I can expand everything up to level 3, where I just get a list of book names I'm reading, or level…3 votes -
Add the ability to defer a task
Add the ability to snooze or defer a task until a date. That is have the date mean instead of being a due date being a not start until date

have a "master" outline
Either a new type of outline pane, or the default behavior for the current outline pane - where clicking on rows in the outline would shift the focus of *all other panes* (tasks, calendar and email panes would show only their respective items related to the selected row in the outline)
Keep up the excelent work (please!)

Move multiple calendar items together
Right I can drag and move calendar items, but only one at a time. It would be useful to be able to move multiple items.
Scenario:
I have an agenda planned. Something urgent comes up. I want to postpone everything for 30 minutes so I can deal with this thing first. Right now I'd have to move all the items one by one, which will not be worth the time to do so.3 votes
