  1. backup HTML or plain text

    I'd really like to have the option to export my moo.do data to an accesible format not json. HTML, txt, xls ,doc or dbf. I tried to open my moo.do export in a json viewer, and it is of no use.
    If Moo.do ever goed out of biz my business wll be floored, I cannot take that risk. Automated backup would even be better.

  3. filter agenda with multiple tags

    hi, good day, can I filter 2 #tags in the agenda pane?

    for example, i have taged my contacts basis different city, like,

    shanghai,

    singapore,

    houston,

    i'd like to search , say, contact's agenda at both 'shanghai' and 'singapore'...

    however, so far , it seems like i can only filter one tag, eigher '#sngapore' , or '#shanghai'.. if i put in 2 tags , it stopped working ,, blank.

    can we filter more tags ? and even better if you enable us to logically filter more tags basis 'and' . 'or' concept

  4. Automatically close download notice for email attachments

    Automatically close or hid the notice box that appears when you click on an attachment after a short time. Currently have to click the X to close.

  7. Local storage

    Great product idea, and the interface looks really quite lovely. But why use only Google Drive as a storage layer?

    If I want to schedule "prostate exam" or "take daughter to planned parenthood" or "goto Victorias secret for wife's gift" or 'AA meeting' or whatever, why do I want Google to necessarily know about it?

  8. Sorting items in Agenda

    Please add sorting options for the agenda. eg For me, it would be better if items with a specified time are shown at the top of the list. But there should be more sorting options generally, like Priority, Project etc

  9. Option to show entire note

    It's possible to create multiline note, but only the first line is displayed. I have to click on the note to display it. It would be very helpful to have a "Expand notes/Display full note" display option or something like that.

  10. Link node/parent to somewhere else

    Similar to The Brain, where ideas can be inter-connected and not just "nested", we can duplicate a parent node and paste it somewhere, and if one is updated, the other is also updated. It will make Moodo the ultimate app.

    Example:

    Books
    -Productivity
    --Getting Things Done by David Allen <- copy link to node

    Projects
    -Current projects
    --Improve my productivity
    ----(past link) -> Getting Things Done by David Allen -> (now I can take notes for the book here, which will also be updated in my "books" archive)

    It opens up doors for so many uses for connecting notes together…

  11. allow prefixed Tags for team use

    I prefer to have a set of prefixed Tags created for team use if I share a document. in this case all user can search or work with unique tags , then you won't miss some info because of mistyping or some own tags the other team member wont know.

    but no need for a set of fixed Tags, if the document only for personal use.

  12. allow two or more DATE STAMP in a single task/list/item

    hi, I need to add 2 date in one item/task but so far you only allow ONE date for one task.

    think it help if you allow to add 2 date..

    for example, i create one task ... i need set a start date, and a complete date.. etc.

    The Document Pane will not move and it takes up valuable screen space. I am not sure why one needs to see document pane but one should at least be able to move it over to the right out of the way ...

  14. Pop-up day in Calendar's Month view

    First off, I love the Month view in the Calendar section. It's nice to look at, but not very helpful when it comes to strategizing/planning because once a day fills up with more than tasks/calendar items, the rest of the items are cutoff by the date box. I'd love the ability to click or right-click the date allowing larger pop-up day box, which allows one to view the items easier in a scrollable box (a la Ticktick's calendar view).

  15. Able to unschedule task from within calendar views

    It would be nice if when you right-clicked a task in the calendar view, there was a button for "unschedule" or "clear" so that you don't have to go back to the outline view and find a task to unschedule it.

  16. Option for drag-and-drop to create cloned item in destination spot, rather than move it there

    Would love to have the ability to do this, on some occasions: use drag-and-drop (especially between panes) to clone an item to its destination spot, rather than move it there.

    This feature would have so many useful applications for certain kinds of kanban tasks, especially. (Hence the focus on moving between panes … but I could see how it would be useful in the general outline as well).

    A keyboard shortcut — say, hold down key while dragging and dropping — is one respectable solution.

  17. Improve Date and Time Planning Functionality with Nesting and Formatting

    In order to effectively plan the day, I'd love to plan as follows:

    @2018-11-27
    - @05:30-06:00 Wake Up habit
    - @06:00-08:00 Family Time
    - @08:00-12:00 Work on Y
    ...

    and have the according Calendar/Agenda Entries created with the correct timeframes on the 27 of November 2018, simply because I have them as children underneath a dated parent, unless I also define a specific date on the child node.

    At the moment I'd have to define a date on each node, which sucks for daily and weekly planning. Also, defining the time-frame as described above doesn't work (I'd have to use…

  18. Anti-delete toggle - stop accidental mass-deletion.

    Ability to lock major categories/branches so they are not accidentally deleted along with hundreds of sub-tasks or sub-notes.

  20. Editing mode button for Andoid

    The Android app is still INCREDIBLY wonky.

    One major hickup seems to be the inability for the app to correctly perceive user input.

    It registers drag and drop actions as attemps to hold and mark text, resulting in blue textmarker all over the outline when one attempts to drag and drop a task.

    The frequent popup of the editing toolkit is also a problem, because it eats up a lot of screen real estate and is only rarely needed.

    An easy workaround would be to only allow marked text as well as text editing, when one taps a switch to…
