It would be nice if the app could make your phone buzz or something and be persistent so that it's not so easy to ignore or completely miss.

Notifications do exist within Moo.do already, by default 15 or 30 minutes prior to a date and timed item. It has peen patchy for me as to when it works or not, but it is there.
