Option to show entire note
It's possible to create multiline note, but only the first line is displayed. I have to click on the note to display it. It would be very helpful to have a "Expand notes/Display full note" display option or something like that.

two pane will be better, one for items, another for note. like many tree notetaking tool.

Yes! Being able to see outline items with their full notes displayed is important to me, in many situations, too. Just a simple display setting would be great.
