If I could turn an outline into a workflow chart it would allow me to reference a process in a more efficient manner, at a glance. Mindomo has this feature and I never understood how to leverage it. Well its application has finally dawned on me and it would be really useful, for example, a troubleshooting process that can end up taking different paths depending on the underlying issue.

Troubleshooting IT is a good example. The parent categories being hardware and software and detailed subcategories would create efficient workflow branches. For now the bulleted outline works well but a flexible chart would be an awesome alternative.

I would like to outline what I have to date for IT troubleshooting. Under hardware we have the following subcategories.

Faulty component
Firmware corruption

Under software we have...

Dependency/Compatibility
Configuration
Glitch/Bug

Its still a work in progress. Wanted to list a part of it here for better idea of my needs. Thanks Grant and Jay for making such an excellent software package. I appreciate your receptiveness to suggestions.
