Add smart vertical scrolling
On a touchpad it's easy to scroll horizontally (left to right), but not so much when using a regular mouse. I think it would be awesome if I could use my scroll wheel to scroll from left to right, so I can easily scroll through all panes without the need for a trackpad/touchpad/touchscreen/special mouse.
I know the browser's scroll event is used inside the panes to scroll up and down; but what about the top area ("desktop menu" bar)? That area isn't used for scrolling up or down, so could be used to make the whole page scroll left to right.
I know I can use Shift+scroll in Chrome, but it does't work when my mouse is on the top bar, and scrolls the inner calendar pane when I don't intend to. Scroll speed also seems to be extremely slow this way.
