iOS: Add item button always accessible for "quick add"
if you're in the middle of a list, having to scroll to the top makes it tough to quickly add a note or idea. A always-visible add-item button next to the top would be awesome. Or add a force-touch menu to insert an item in the current point.

The current floating "+" button nearly solves this, but it always adds the new item to the top of the Outline, which may be far away from where you're working. I saw this functionality in another app once, and it worked very well: Tapping the "+" button works as it already does, but alternatively, the user can "drag" the "+" button into the Outline, thereby setting the insertion point of the new item.
