Offline usage
I think it's pretty clear here. We all need our notes with us in any case. When I'm in roaming, for example, I can't use Internet so much, but sometimes I want to take a note, for now, It's impossible.
14 votesAll of our apps support offline access to the last loaded document. For the web app, point your browser to http://www.moo.do/app/ to access it offline. For all other apps, opening the app without internet access will automatically load your last opened document.

import workflowy multiline notes
Will there be an update in the free version (or in the paid one) for adding little texts/notes to each point like in Workflowy (if one presses shift+enter - you get space to outline your projects) --> I GOT HUGE lists in workflowy, but I would swop to yours, if I could import it in a way that the additional notes - weren't as seperate list points - but also imported as notes.

Rearranging (reordering) of panes
I'd like to be able to rearrange (reorder) panes, preferably by drag and drop. This becomes more important as more types of pane become available. Thanks for considering.
11 votesWe just added the ability to rearrange panes: https://www.moo.do/blog/rearrange-panes/
Let us know what else we can do for you, and thanks for the suggestion!

Create a separate archive pane
Just as there is a list and an agenda pane, I would like to see a separate pane that could list all archived items that I could go back and refer to.
Ideally, this archive pane would also maintain the hierarchy of the original list, so that you could see the context for the subtasks that are archived.

Windows app/program
It would be great, if a Windows app/program could be made available.
The closest possibilities to that atm, is the Chrome App or using Moo.Do from Mailbird.
I would prefer a downloadable installer, rather then a Windows Store App, but both would be great possibilities, in my opinion.6 votesDone! The windows app is at https://www.moo.do/lnk/windows

Click links and hashtags without Ctrl key
All other online services for structured notes and tasks come with a single click to open links, hashtags. I wish to have this feature, lots of the times I'm just navigating the trees with mouse only, and just lazy to press Ctrl.
This is a convenient feature for users and should be implemented.

Ability to add labels for items
It would be great to be able to add labels to items. This would help me categorize items. A view by labels would also be awesome.
5 votesYou can use the #tag feature to accomplish this behavior. Search for a tag to view all entries that have that tag associated with them either through the search box at the top of the pane or ctrl/cmd+clicking a tag in an item.

1 click to see my items
The +name feature is great. It would be also great to add the ability to click on my name (or any name) and then click on a link that would create the search for all items with that name (the same effect as typing the +name in the search box).
It's merely a convenience factor, but a helpful one.

Click on Tag in Mobile
When you Ctrl-Click on a tag in Web view (e.g., #errands), it adds the hashtag to the search. It doesn't do this in iOS mobile. It would be great if it did this!

write release notes
I always wonder what changes or new features I will get when the little popup appears that I can update to a new version or there is a new release on the Github repo. It would be nice to have a short bullet list of changes somewhere.
3 votesWe post a list of daily changes at https://www.moo.do/changelog/
We’ve changed the text in the popup to “changes” to make it clearer.

Show children nodes when inserting references via [[…]]
Please let us see the children subnodes inside the nodes we place with the references and bidirectional linking "[[node]]".
The way RoamResearch does it with "embeds", or WorkFlowy does it with "mirrors", or even the way Mac Os does it with "aliases" on list view, either way or another, all of these approaches are so much more useful than the very limited way Moodo is currently doing it. Because in Moodo we need to click on the said referenced node to be able to see what's inside, whereas we should be able to see what inside by just clicking on…

Move up and down
I want to be able to mode items up and down using ctrl+up and ctrl+down.
1 voteAs Joe Aston mentioned, you can move items with Alt + Shift + Up / Alt + Shift + Down. let us know if you have more details and we shouldn’t have closed this.

Removing the mandatory bold type
Parent tasks where not bold! I need to see every item in the same type, you recognise parent items because they have a little arrow. Please let us remove the automatic and fixed bold texts. [This is one of the things WorkFlowy still does better done Moo.do]
1 voteWe just added a setting to toggle automatic bolding to Moo.do as part of our display settings: http://www.moo.do/blog/display-settings/

Automated Backups
I would like moo.do to save an automated backup of my files every night so I don't lose too much work if make a mistake or something goes wrong.
1 voteMoo.do now backs up many times a day and has a new Version History viewer for restoring changes, in addition to the optional backups in Drive.

Make the UI consistent around the concept of "Star"-ing an item
When I right-click there is an option to an Star an item which shows an Star icon, yet when I select it the page shows no star items
Further when I go to the Agenda view the UI uses a Flag icon.
