  1. Gmail signatures

The only feature I see preventing me from using this for my work email is the signature!

  3. Link back to original message in Gmail

When viewing a message in the message pane, provide a link back to the original message on gmail.com.

This would be useful when processing email tasks which require more advanced features than the basic reply/forward functionality.

I'd like to see the number of unread messages on each label in the Gmail pane. Thank you.

  6. add ellipsis on notes (shift+enter)

It will be great to know that the note has more info. Currently if I have several lines in the note when I am done editing the collapsed task just shows the first line. more or ... will help to remember that there is more info to it.

  7. Ctrl-backspace shouldn't delete left bracket, unless the deletion starts after the right bracket

The word-deletion command deletes the left bracket along with the word coming after it. That's irksome with strings of code, although I don't know why this should be the case in general. As a example, Google Keep treats left brackets as spaces for this purpose.

  8. Ability to optionally relate a email to a specific task in outline during the composition of the mail

If I want to send a new mail realted to a specific task, I have to compose it and then I have to find it at the Sent folder of the Gmail pane and "relate" it with the task by moving it.
It would be nice if (similar to the way Gmail does) to be able to relate it with a specific task (and also label it) before sending it aka during the composition of the mail.

  9. Control + arrow keys combination to navigate and open/collapse and zoom in/ zoom out

"control+down arrow" should uncollpase the children items of that one list.
"control+up arrow" should collapase the children items of that one list you are over.
"control+right arrow" should zoom you into that item (as intuitively going to the right)
"control+left arrow" should get you out of the zoom and back into it's parent item.

Also it is needed a double click in the parent item to collapse all / uncollapse all sub items. this is fundamental!

Please refer to how WorkFlowy do all these shortcuts and hotkeys which is perfect and it allows you to navigate and make every move…

  11. Drive Pane - move to option similar to the one in Gmail Pane

Instead of having only the ability to drag and drop files from Drive pane to another pane, it would be nice if after selecting a folder or file to be able to relate it with a task, with the same way we do that for an email (Move to Option)

  12. Close emails by double clicking (i.e. use double click as a toggle for opening/closing email view)

On the webapp, double clicking opens an email. Would be great if double clicking an open email would close it instead of having to navigate to the cross button on the top right

  13. moving rather than just labeling emails; swiping feature on inbox pane; deleting email in outline pane

I wish to suggest 3 things namely:

a setting to allow deleting/labeling the email entry in the outline pane means also deleting/labeling the email in the inbox

swiping function of emails on the inbox pane for deleting/labeling etc

labeling means also moving email to respective folders rather than just staying in the inbox pane

  15. Make "@every 3rd day starting from tomorrow" work.

It looks like "@every 3rd" is interpreted as the 3rd day of every month, a syntax that supports "@every 3rd day" would be nie.

  16. export list to a csv/spreadsheet file ?

I often need to export selected lists into spreadsheet or csv file.
then I manually to columnize all records (lists ) via moo.do tags, like #, @, or via " - " ,, those I use in the list.

but the work is too boring to do it every day.

can you , moo.do provide a way to export lists into a csv/spreadsheet file, by convertying tags or some special marking user use in each list , like hyphen, dash, to 'column' or 'field' in spreadsheet ?

    many thanks.

    regards/sean

  17. Use contact phone number

Now, the application use USA phone number (adding +1... in front of the phone number on the contact list)...

Either, please just use the plain phone number from the contact list.

Or, add an option on what international prefix should be used

  20. support different 'from' email addresses

To support different email accounts for replies based upon the originating mail account. For example multiple email addresses are forwarded to one main mail account. 'From' email address is defined by the respective 'To' email address from the source email which was being forwarded.
