Option for upcoming events to show Today in agenda
When adding a date to an item, have a button that says, "Display X days in advance." The user can then put in the number of days. For example, if I have an event that is due February 10 days, but will take me 3 days to do, I can set the event due date to Feb 10, but set "Display X days in advance" to 3. Enhance the notes feature
Goal: Make OneNote / EN etc. superfluous in the future
Add capabilities like:
- make note window resizable
- make (clipboard pasted) images in notes resizable
- make some features from the actual app available inside notes (like timestamps / tags / etc. )

Un-indent field (if empty) on pressing Enter
It'd be a nice feature if any bullet point/field would unindent once if it was empty, and Enter was pressed, similar to Workflowy

Click on Contact in List Item instantly Searches for all List Items with that Contact
I think it would be helpful if Clicking on a Contact in a List Item instantly did a Search for all List Items for that Contact similar to a Tag. I work this way in Workflowy and it is a great way to instantly see content related to that contact. For example: if a Contact is calling I can easily look up all of the items related to them so I don't have to manually find them.

Have the option to use relative dates.
Provide the option to use relative date labels like "in 2 weeks" rather than Monday 02/24

Also, bundling the option to bundle said dates into just, "next month" or "later this month" instead of having to see the exact date for everything.2 votes -
Drag Items Between Date Sections in Agenda Pane to change Date
Selecting and Dragging an Item from "Yesterday" to "Today" on the Agenda Pane reschedules an item from "Yesterday" to "Today".
(For new users perhaps add an "Are You Sure?" message prompt, on the first use, before it saves the change, just to warn folks who didn't expect it. But include a "Don't show again" checkbox so the repeated warning doesn't annoy users once they get used to it.)

add color to items in the outline view
The outline option is a great way to organize a large document. I'd love to be able to add color to top level items in this view to make the items stand out more. My use case -- I have a list of projects and subprojects in the outline view. I'd like to be able to add a color to the projects (not tied to an importance level but a visual cue that distinguishes projects). 2Do for Mac allows for this as an example

Show number of child items beneath collapsed items
When an item in an outline is collapsed, show a number next to it indicating the number of child items you are currently hiding.

Use contact phone number
Now, the application use USA phone number (adding +1... in front of the phone number on the contact list)...
Either, please just use the plain phone number from the contact list.
Or, add an option on what international prefix should be used

Keyboard shortcut (hotkey) support for ChromeOS
Currently, very few of the keyboard/hotkey shortcuts work on ChromeOS devices (Chromebook / Chromebox). Given the tight integration with the Google Suite that the current product has, not to mention the growing market share of ChromeOS devices (educational, personal, and enterprise), it would make sense for ChromeOS to be fully supported.

Direct workspace links
Right now, workspaces are hidden behind a menu. It would be nice if they were direct links in the top bar, to make switching back and forth easier.

Have an option to simply close the email preview panel when archiving
When you click on an email, a panel opens with the email. If you archive the email with the shortcut "E", the email below shows up and its status changes to "read". That's a problem if you have a lot of unread emails. There should be an option to simply close the email panel when you archive an email.

Allow independent editing of recurring items in the local calendar
After I create a recurring daily item and then try to drag one instance of that item in the calendar to a different time slot (in the same day), all the other recurring instances disappear from the calendar and the item in the outline changes to non-recurring.For example, if I tag an item as "@every day 10am" but then try to drag Monday's instance to 11am, all the other instances disappear.
Ideally, it would give me the option of modifying this single instance or modifying all instances.The software I'm migrating from supports this, and I suspect it's a fairly standard…

remove board list slider, it blocks 50% of the side panel.
Bug:When you have >3 boards, and the side bar is collapsed, the list of board gets a slider that blocks 50% of the sidebar so you can only see small part of the board name. Unpractical and ugly. Hope you can fix this. Thanks, Maarten
