You really need to support international date/time formats.191 votes
This is now available through the desktop settings menu under General.
We just added bullet points to Moo.do as part of our display settings: http://www.moo.do/blog/display-settings/
I stare at the screen a lot and to reduce eyestrain, I usually prefer dark themed interfaces.
It'd also just be nice to have more control over the overarching thematic elements like how much spacing there is between elements and sub elements, overall font size, and access to some nice monospaced clean fonts to choose from.
These are not formatting options for particular text but more display options so that users can tweak the interface to something that is most in line with their flow and needs.61 votes
We just released a dark theme for Moo.do which you can enable in the Display Settings. https://www.moo.do/blog/dark-theme/
Thanks for the suggestion!
Just as there is a list and an agenda pane, I would like to see a separate pane that could list all archived items that I could go back and refer to.
Ideally, this archive pane would also maintain the hierarchy of the original list, so that you could see the context for the subtasks that are archived.8 votes
It would be nice to be able to add a multi-line note to an item, containing comments, further description etc.83 votes
We just launched multi-line notes for Gmail. See the blog post here: https://www.moo.do/blog/notes/
Thanks for the suggestions!
It would be great if due tags update automatically depending on the day. For example: If I write a todo "send out email @tomorrow" on Wednesday, it should change to "send out email @today" on Thursday.47 votes
It would be nice to put a link on a piece of text instead of having to paste the full link. It would allow a cleaner look on my lists.47 votes
This is available using markdown link syntax.
Be able to add events from a google calendar to the agenda view, and be able to create new google calendar events in natural language: IE meet with +Dave @tomorrow 3pm ~workcal, 20minutes would create a new event in a calendar named 'workcal' at 3pm called 'meet with dave' with a 20 minute duration.92 votes
We just launched Google Calendar sync. Check out the details on our blog: http://www.moo.do/blog/
Thank you for all the feedback on this! Please let us know what you think of the integration and how it could be improved.
Currently, it appears that while you can use an agenda pane to move items to a new place in the outline, you can't edit the text of individual items.
Also, while there is yellow highlighting and automatic scroll if the item is expanded within the outline, it can be difficult to navigate to the item in an outline to the left of the agenda matches the item in the agenda. This makes not being able to edit tasks within the agenda that much more problematic.24 votes
We just launched Moo.do’s editable agenda!
I think it's pretty clear here. We all need our notes with us in any case. When I'm in roaming, for example, I can't use Internet so much, but sometimes I want to take a note, for now, It's impossible.14 votes
All of our apps support offline access to the last loaded document. For the web app, point your browser to http://www.moo.do/app/ to access it offline. For all other apps, opening the app without internet access will automatically load your last opened document.
It would be great to be able to add labels to items. This would help me categorize items. A view by labels would also be awesome.5 votes
You can use the #tag feature to accomplish this behavior. Search for a tag to view all entries that have that tag associated with them either through the search box at the top of the pane or ctrl/cmd+clicking a tag in an item.
The +name feature is great. It would be also great to add the ability to click on my name (or any name) and then click on a link that would create the search for all items with that name (the same effect as typing the +name in the search box).
It's merely a convenience factor, but a helpful one.5 votes
When I right-click there is an option to an Star an item which shows an Star icon, yet when I select it the page shows no star items
Further when I go to the Agenda view the UI uses a Flag icon.1 vote
